Liquid Bit’s strategy multiplayer game Killer Queen Black is shutting down on 30th November. In an update posted to the developer’s website, Matt Tesch — CEO of Liquid Bit — shared the disappointing news with fans (thanks, Nintendo Everything).
The reason for the game’s closure is a result of Amazon closing down Amazon GameSparks, a service that allows devs to build games while letting the AWS (Amazon Web Service) manage and scale the cloud infrastructure. The service is closed down on 30th September, which liquid Bit says it did not see coming.
