Place cow decoys in farms will help you finish a Legendary quest in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7.
Appearing during Week 6, and following on getting orders from a payphone, placing Prepper Supplies in Hayseed’s Farm and dealing 25 damage to opponents in Corny Complex or Hayseed’s Farm, this task can be done rather quickly.
This challenge will reward you with 30k XP, which will help you unlock Battle Stars for the Season 7 Battle Pass.

Place cow decoys in farms explained
In a similar vein to the second task of this legendary questline, you’ll be paying Hayseed another visit to help him with decoys.
First of all, Hayseed’s Farm can be found on the location below:
The challenge requires you to place cow decoys somewhere around the farm. You can see the spots at a glance below:
Once you arrive to the area (we recommend landing here from the battle bus), you’ll find yourself in an open area. There are eight different locations where you can place the cow decoys, although you only need to do so three times, so take your pick from the following.
The first is located on the southern side of the area, right before the dirt road in between the farm and the gas station.
If you’re close to the house, there’s a spot south of it, next to a tree and overlooking Hayseed’s parked car.
There is a third spot next to the trees in the far southern side of the area overlooking the house, just after the dirt road.
Another spot can be found far east of the house, next to a bush that is at the side of the road.
Following that same road towards the house, you’ll find another spot to place a cow decoy right next to the turn that leads to the gas station.
There’s a spot hidden behind the upper fields of the farm.
You can find another spot north of the house, fairly close to the back door that leads to the river.
Lastly, there’s a spot in the river west of the house, just after the rocks – you can’t miss it.
Remember, you only need to place three cow decoys. Thankfully, the array of options should hopefully help you to avoid other players who also happen to be doing this week’s questline!
Now, it’s time to cause 26 damage to an Alien-driven Saucer – which is Fortnite’s fancy name of UFOs.
