Placing missing person signs in Weeping Woods and Misty Meadows is one of the legendary quests in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7.
This challenge is only available during Week 4 of this season and, to unlock it, you must first search for farm clues and visit Farmer Steel’s favourite places.
There are 10 spots to find across the two locations, which means you can easily complete this challenge in either area.
Completing this Fortnite challenge will help you level up and unlock more Battle Stars for the Season 7 Battle Pass skins.

Weeping Woods missing person sign locations in Fortnite
The missing person sign locations in Weeping Woods for this Fortnite challenge are scattered about the area, meaning you’ll have to keep a look out for enemy players.
Below is a map for four of the five missing person sign locations we’ve found, which is enough to complete this challenge:
You can place a missing person sign outside the main Weeping Woods lodge near the park’s sign.

A second sign can be placed on the opposite side of the lodge.

One sign can be placed in front of the grey-stone building, which sits between the tents and caravans, at the south end of Weeping Woods.

A fourth sign can be placed in front of the small hut by the river.

Don’t forget – you can also place missing person signs in Misty Meadows!
The alien invasion of Fortnite continues with the arrival of mothership abducting, UFOs, Alien Artefacts, Cosmic Chests and ray guns.
There are new Epic Challenges each week to be completed, including finding Nuts and Bolts, fishing spots and porta-potties.
Elsewhere, there are time-limited Legendary Quests starting every Wednesday, with the latest steps including finding Sunny, Joey and Beach Brutus locations, Welcome signs, Boomboxes, Alien light communication devices on mountain tops and Cat Food locations.
Misty Meadows missing person sign locations in Fortnite
Similarly to Weeping Woods, the missing person sign locations in Misty Meadows for this Fortnite challenge are scattered about the area, which tends to be quite busy. You will stumble upon other players in no time, sadly, so keep the spots at hand to get to them as quickly as possible.
Below is a map for four of the five missing person sign locations we’ve found, which is enough to complete this challenge:

You can place a missing person sign outside the Oink store on the southeastern side of the area.

A second sign can be placed north of the Oink location, just on the left side of the street and next to a building.

If you continue heading north, just before you exit Misty Meadows there’ll be another spot to place a sign next to the store in between the fence and the ATM.

Lastly, head to the payphone on the western side of the area to find the fourth sign spot.

That’s all the locations you will need to complete this challenge!
